HiveThink Coaching in Action: Specialty Baker Sells More Cakes!
This week's episode of Startup Heroes features Shawnte Michaels, owner of The Better Bakery, a vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free bakery in Tennessee. Shawnte has been working with HiveThink's coaching program for the past few months and has seen great success.
Previously, Shawnte was baking out of a commercial kitchen at Goodman coffee shop. However, thanks to a recent state law that makes it easier for small business bakers to sell from their homes, Shawnte has been able to take her business to new heights. In addition to being vegan and gluten-free, Shawnte's bakery uses healthy alternatives in all of its products, making it a standout in the bakery industry.
